About Vintage Synth Lab

Vintage Synth Lab (V.S.L. Eurorack) was founded by Eric Hold in 2014 as hardware engineer and product developer, and William Hart joined sooner after to help support product development with graphic design for product U.I.

Our primarily focus is development of Eurorack modules with an emphasis on unique design, and vintage analog character. Our products are manufactured and distributed by Darkplace Manufacturing.

Vintage Synth Lab officially started around 2014, as the final years of Wire Audio Electronics Repair, a former pro-audio repair shop, run by Eric, as an independent service center located in Portland, Oregon (2003 - 2012).

In 2014, the NoisySix was developed for the Korg Polysix as limited production run of 20 units.

V.S.L. entered the Eurorack market during the fall of 2015, introducing its first product, the Eurorack VCF-74.
